TARIFF DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement");

and

BUYER:

Between the real person who registers on the Tariff platform and/or purchases services through the website named https://tariff.singlewindow.io, concluded in electronic environment.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of subscription-based digital services purchased by the Buyer electronically through the Tariff platform.

3. NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

Tariff is a digital software platform (SaaS) that provides access to customs tariffs, search and display related to GTIP codes, country-specific tariff and tax information, display of legislation and control measures, calculation tools for tax and customs costs.

Tariff provides information based on codes selected or entered by the user.

The scope of the service may vary depending on the purchased subscription package.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. Service fees are the current prices specified on the Tariff website and/or relevant platform.

4.2. Payments can be made by credit card or bank card through the secure infrastructure of third-party payment service providers used by the Seller, or by wire transfer / EFT.

4.3. Payment information regarding credit or bank card is not stored by the Seller. This information is processed on the systems of the relevant third-party payment service providers.

4.4. The Seller reserves the right to change service fees. Changes made will be valid for purchases made after the date of change and will be applied prospectively.

4.5. Access to the service is not provided until the payment process is completed. In payments made by wire transfer / EFT, the receipt of the payment to the Seller's accounts is taken as basis.

5. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND PERFORMANCE

5.1. Tariff services are offered on a subscription model.

5.2. Currently, subscriptions are offered monthly.

5.3. Following payment approval, the service is deemed to be performed instantly and assigned to the user account.

5.4. The subscription expires at the end of the relevant period unless canceled.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Tariff is a digital service performed instantly in electronic environment.

The Buyer accepts that there is no right of withdrawal after access to the service is provided.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

7.1. Subscription fees are not refunded as a rule.

7.2. Refund requests may be evaluated in case of duplicate collection, technical error or failure to provide the service due to reasons arising from the Seller.

7.3. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the relevant billing period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information provided through Tariff is for informational purposes.

Tariff does not provide customs consultancy or official advisory services.

9. PERSONAL DATA

User data is processed within the scope of Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text.

The user accepts that notifications made in electronic environment have the effect of written notification.

2. BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE

TARIFF is a digital software platform (SaaS) that provides access to customs tariffs, search and display related to GTIP codes, country-specific tariff and tax information, display of legislation and control measures, and calculation tools for tax and customs costs.

The service offered is digital in nature and is performed in electronic environment.

3. SERVICE DELIVERY METHOD AND PERFORMANCE TIME

The purchased service is performed instantly after the payment is completed.

The service is provided by defining the relevant subscription or access right to the User account.

There is no physical delivery.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Service fees are determined according to the selected subscription package and current prices are clearly stated on the platform.

Payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • Wire transfer / EFT

In payments made by wire transfer/EFT, service access is activated after the payment is credited to the Seller's accounts.

5. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

TARIFF services are offered on a subscription model.

Currently, subscriptions are offered in monthly periods.

The subscription expires at the end of the relevant subscription period unless canceled.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The services offered through TARIFF are within the scope of digital services performed instantly in electronic environment.

Therefore, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal.

7. RETURN AND CANCELLATION

No refund is made for purchased subscriptions and services.

However, refund requests may be evaluated in exceptional cases such as duplicate collection, technical error or failure to provide the service due to reasons arising from the Seller.

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the user is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation within the scope of Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text.

9. ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL

The Buyer accepts that he/she has read and understood this Pre-Disclosure Form and that it was presented to him/her before the distance sales contract was established.

Upon completion of the purchase transaction, the Distance Sales Agreement is deemed to have been established electronically.

Cancellation and Return

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

TARIFF is a software service (SaaS) provided digitally and accessed immediately after payment.

The user accepts that the right of withdrawal cannot be used within the scope of distance sales upon access to the service.

In this context, no refunds are made for purchased subscriptions.

However, exceptional situations such as failure to provide service due to a technical error or duplicate collection due to a third-party payment service provider may be evaluated separately by the Company.
